Model: Archer C20
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

Devices: Macbook Pro, Lenovo laptop and Huawei smartphone.
Routers: Archer C20 (borrowed) and TD-W8960N (owned)

Connection: Home Fibre, Wi-Fi signal

When I connect my TD-W8960N router, I am only able to access the internet on my Lenovo laptop. My other devices either do not recognise the Wi-Fi signal, or say 'no internet connection'.

When I connect the borrowed Archer C20 router, it is the opposite. I can access the internet on my Macbook and Huawei, but not on my Lenovo (it does even recognise the Wi-Fi signal).

I have to give back the borrowed router but I cannot figure out what the issue is. Any ideas?

P.S. I thought that upgrading the firmware of my router would solve my issue, but I cannot get the .bin file to extract as anything usable.
