Good morning forum,

 

I bought the TL-WA850RE range extender the other day, but I had problems using it straight away. I've checked all the pages TP-Link Support has on the matter but I haven't found a solution.

 

I followed the step by step Quick Installation Guide, but keep on getting "Connected, no internet" message on my PC.

 

Besides, I can't call to my regional Customer Service provider because it's in Argentina and I'm from Chile. They don't reply emails either.

 

If anyone could give me a hand I would highly appreciate it.

Generally, once we set the range extender up successfully, we should have solid green RE light. How about the RE LED on your range extender after the configuration? Is the internet on your main router working properly?
