Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1

From last few months my router is working strangely. When I turn on the router the adsl and internet light remains on constantly and wifi doesn't turn on. Adsl and internet light remains on even if i remove adsl connection. This problems sorts out if i restart the router 5 to 6 times

There is no firmware upgrade available for the indian version of the router.

May I know how long have you had the router? Did it work fine before?

Have you ever tried to reset the router and set it up again to see if the issue still here?

How to reset: please hold the reset button/pinhole for 10s till all the lights come on then off;

I have this problem too, from yesterday when I turn on my modem its power, ADSL and internet lights turn on but anything doesn't happen
when I push reset pinhole anything doesn't happen too, and when I connect the LAN cable the light turns on for a moment and then turns off again
I have had this modem for eight years
Model: TD-W8951ND

Hi, welcome to the community.

Did you notice all the lights will turn on for one second, then turn off during the reset?

After factory reset, the internet will light up without any configuration and did not turn off right?

 

And Did the issue just start recently?
