Good afternoon,

 

I have tried to install the TP-LINK TL-WPA7510KIT AV1000 Giga Wifikit for the first time, but was unsuccesful unfortunately. Please find below the pictures + explanations, could you please support me in finding the problem? I have tried to pair the two devices several times, and have also tried different LAN ports in my router, without any result.

The two devices are plugged in and the correct lights seem to be on.

 

The one next to the router is not plugged in a wall socket, it's in an power strip. There is unfortunately no wall socket available close to it.

This is the router in my house. I have tried to plug it in both hole #2 en #3.

The network does appear on my PC, however there is no connection to the internet.

Sorry for the delay.

Have you connected a wired computer to the same Ethernet port which used to connected to the master unit for powerline to see if the computer was working properly?

 

Could you please also help me check the IP address and default gateway on the mobile device when it is connected to the TL-WPA7510?
