There is a timeout of a few minutes to connect to LAN connected to the router.
The problem is that after WIFI connection to the router it takes about 5 minutes to connect to other devices connected to the LAN

Good day.
Thank you very much for your time and patience.
How long have you had the router and when did the issue start?
Did it happen every time when there is a new mobile device joining the network, the LAN devices would lose connection for 5 mints?
By the way, is there any error message when LAN devices failed to get internet, like failed to get IP address or something else?
Thanks a lot.

@Lev304 I have the router more than a year. This behavior exists from the beginning. All devices that I am trying to connect have fixed IP address. The ping to these addresses doesn't work for a few minutes. May be less than 5. Usually it happened when I am trying to change the connection of my laptop PC from AP that has wired connecton to the router to the router by WiFi

@Lev304 @Sunshine This issue has been mentioned several times in different posts on the forum. From what I know, no solution was found so far. I didn't find any, except setting up a different device.

This is caused by the same issue: https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/211204
Would be great to see some movement on this soon. It's annoying and I can't even properly use my Pihole on mobile devices that keep changing networks.
