No internet
I just purchased a Mifi TP-Link M7350. I have a SIM-card from Mobile Vikings (Data Only) with 8 GB.
After following the installation wizard, I got connection with my Tablet, but no Internet. I tried all kind of settings, updated the firmware, contacted the ISP ... but still no Internetconnection. Please help.

For your case, please refer to the following suggestions:
- Where are you located?
- Please check if the network type of the sim card is included by M7350:
4G: FDD-LTE B1/B3/B7/B8/B20 (2100/1800/2600/900/800MHz)
3G: DC-HSPA+/HSPA/UMTS B1/B8 (2100/900MHz)
2G: EDGE/GPRS/GSM Quad Band (850/900/1800/1900MHz)
- What is the internet IP address on the basic>network map, is it 0.0.0.0?
- If the sim card is put into the mobile phone, are you able to get internet service on the smartphone?
---if yes, could you please check the APN info and manually create the same APN profile on the M7350;
