Traffic Monitor & System logs not working in GUI

First of all I don't like your support as I already sent out 2 emails for support and was not contacted within 24 hours as stated in the email. (TKID201004964 & TPLink Support #565441).
anyway... I am having issue with both of pages "Traffic Monitor" & "System logs" showing empty and I am not sure what is the the issue.
