Slow internet router performance vs mobile device.

Hello everyone,
I recently bought MR200 router and I encountered LTE performance issue.
When I used the sim in my Samsung s9 device I'm getting 100mbit download and 30mbit upload. When I used the same sim in the MR200 router I'm getting 31mbit download and 24mbit upload.
I have used a wire and wireless connection on the MR200 performance tests and I got the same results.
Any advice?

Did the speed get slow since you bought it?
If you enabled the mobile hotspot on the Samsung s9 with the SIM card, and connect the computer to the hotspot, how much speed you could get?
Have you tried to factory reset the Archer MR200 to have a look?
Could you please send me a picture of the advanced>status page on the MR200?
Have you ever checked what is the APN info and the LTE band on the Samsung s9 when it got a high speed?
