Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: TD-W8961N(EU)_V3_180118

I bought this router 3 weeks ago , i'm so disappionted tried so many solution & contacted tp-link support (No one helped)

 

My problem is : My TD-W8961N V3 WiFi Keep disconnecting (wifi signal lost on my devices(iPhone,ps4 etc) & and back after 5-10 min ) if i want a faster solution i have to reboot it all over  The problem is from WLAN devices , LAN devices are fully working(100%)

 

 

Please don't give me a methods i already changed it list is below:

- My modem it is not hot or something(25c room temp)

- Channel changed from 1 , 6 , 11 over and over

- Channel band is 20

- I have contacted my ISP(I'ts a hardware problem)

- Updated Firmware

I also disabled my firewall omg this is the worst product i bought ever gave me a headache.

Hello, sorry to respond late.

 

May I know how many devices are connected to this W8961N wirelessly? Do they still show connected to the wireless network when there is no internet, or they just got disconnected from the wireless? Below are some other suggestions you may refer to:

Does this issue happen when you just bought it, or it happens recently? If it is the latter, is there any change in the network or in your house or environment?

Probably 7 devices are connected to my wifi. yes it happened recently i just bought it.
