TL-MR 100 Frequent Disconnection Issue
I am from India and using Vi Sim as ISP provider but .After all configuration it disconnect after certain time,although in router internet light is glowing. Also I want to know you that VI is not included in your ISP, So I need to configure it manually. Please resolve this issue as early as possible.

Sir i notice When I get random almost phantom disconnects during the day. When I look at the log on my TP-Link MR 100, the disconnects happen when this occurs:
DNS 81.139.57.100 resolve timeout for dns.msftncsi.com
DNS 8.8.8.8 resolve timeout for dns.msftncsi.com

My MR100 has the same problem. Instead of restart, I click Save on Internet settings option and new public ip gets assigned and then internet comes back.
Can you please let me also know on the fix as this happens repeatedly after 2-3hrs

May I know which firmware are you on now with the MR100?
Who is your SIM card carrier, please? When the internet stops on the MR100, and you logged into the web interface, can you please verify if the band is changing before and after you click on Save button?
If you insert the same SIM card into your phone at the same location, is it working stably with the same public IP as well as the same band? Which band is it? You could download LTE discovery App or LTE Cell Info: Network Status to check band on the phone.

I am using 201016 firmware that allows manual band selection.
Airtel- works only with B3..when I select B40, I can see the selected band in status but immediately it shows no service. Same works fine in phone with B40 without any interruption.
When internet stops working or speed goes down to 50kbps (usually 1mbps consistent)-
I have kept the settings to manual B3 so change of band doesn't occur. But IP address changes when 1) toggle the data on/off or
2) just click save without changing anything
and internet resumes with full speed.

Hi, did you mean after updating the firmware TL-MR100(EU)_V1_210119, the modem started dropping the internet connection?
If yes, can you help me check the following information:
- Did both wireless and Ethernet connections have the same issue?
- How often did the internet get disconnected within one day and how did you restore the connection?
- Have you ever tried to put the SIM card into the mobile phone to check whether the SM card could provide a stable connection?
- Would there be any error message or notice on the web interface of the MR100, especially on the status page?
-if possible, please save us a picture of the status page before and after the internet connection got disconnected?
By the way, please also help me save the system log on the modem;(please do not reboot the modem before saving the log)
