only one ethernet port working
I have recently purchased a TP-LINK TD-W 9970 modem-router and connected it to my NBN but only one ethernet-out port delivers internet. Is this normal? is it faulty? can i configure it to work? And if so how

Hello, thanks for asking.
May I know who is your ISP and how did you set up the internet on the 9970 modem? You may refer to the below instructions to confirm all the settings are correct, the internet LED should be on:
https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/905/
Once this is finished, you should be able to get the internet access by connecting a PC to any of the 4 LAN ports, thanks.

@Kevin_Z I followed the instructions on the tp-link tether app. The ethernet and power lights are on but the internet light is not lit up and 192.168.1.1 does not work

Hello, thanks for getting back.
If that is the case, I'm afraid you are not connected to the internet correctly with this modem router. Are you using a PPPoE connection or PPPoA? Please ensure you type in all the parameters correctly on the W9970. If you are not sure about the parameters, please confirm with your ISP.
