Hi all.
I have sky broadband in the UK and was getting 37mpbs through the ISP router before changing, however the signal in the house was awful.
Plugged in the VR2100 and the signal is brilliant but I've lost about 5mpbs. Does anyone know why?

May I know what is the bandwidth provided by Sky broadband? Please share with us the downstream and upstream screenshot on the VR2100, thanks.
The 5Mbps speed is for the wireless speed or wired speed? If it is wireless speed, may I know it is for 2.4GHz or 5GHz Wi-Fi speed?
May I know if the speed is the same on all the devices?
Please change the 2.4GHz channel to be 1/6/11, channel width to 40MHz; change the 5GHz channel to be 36/40/44, width to be 80MHz to check again.
Please also confirm the firmware version of the VR2100 is the latest.
