I have an Archer VR300 V1 modem.

Can I install V1.20 software on Archer VR300 V1? v1.20 has newer software. Archer VR300 V1.20 and Archer VR300 V1 are the same?

I'm afraid not, V1.20 and V1.0 are different pieces of hardware, so you will not be allowed to upgrade to the firmware for the v1.20.

Thank you so much. I have a question. My modem has some problems. And i don't know what is this. Sometimes internet connection is so slow. That times definitly i don't open any sites. Just i'm waiting. If i restart my modem, modem is ok. But if i wait, this is not enough solution. So i am not happy. Do you have any solution idea?

@Kevin_Z I heard that there are such problems with TP link Routers. Like rupture issues. Is this true?

Does this mean you are still connected to the VR300's wireless network, but there is no internet access actually? Please check the LED status on the VR300 at that time, is it orange or blue? Check the below LED status:

@Kevin_Z This problem exists with wireless and wifi connection.  (There are more problems in the wireless network.  For example, sometimes when I do a speed test it becomes wavy like a sea wave.) 

 

It always glows solid blue.  When I'm having trouble or other times.

I see. If it is only the wireless disconnects, you may try to adjust the wireless settings on the modem, such as wireless channel, channel width and security settings, then monitor again. You can also refer to Case One to do more troubleshooting: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2238/, then tell me what are the changes you did.
