Hi there

 

I have an av600 (TL-WPA4220) that I am trying to access the management page so that I can amend the SSID to that of my router.
I have tried all manner of connections with different devices etc watched countless videos but cannot get to the management page.
The device connects pairs ok etc but when trying the management page - it doesn't load.

 

I think it is a V1 model - it says UK/1.20 on the plug reverse next to the serial number,

Any ideas - its driving me mad!!!

Thanks for your patience.

How did you log into the web interface, via http://tplinkplclogin.net or 192.168.1.1?

And please try to download the powerline scan utility and try to access the web interface via utility:
