May I have the model number of the wireless router? Have you tried to change the wireless settings on it, such as changing the wireless channel and channel width, security? Give it a go, then confirm.

BTW, you may try to remove the existing driver, install the latest public driver on the Windows 10, then check again:

You may remove all the other drivers for this adapter on the computer, then install the above driver manually:

The chipset driver is provided by chipset manufacture and normally has not gone through filed test or still under test process by tp-link, chipset driver could an option when the official driver does not work properly on your computer.
