Hello everyone!

 

I have the Deco M5 (3pack) and i installed the three units to 3 different rooms. The distance between each unit is about 5-10 meters. The system worked good without any problems for about a week. Now the 2 units that are further from the router have disconnections.

 

I can't understand what is the problem. Please can you advise me.

Hi, Sorry for the delay.

Would the two satellite Deco units turn red when they lost the internet connection?

Did rebooting the Deco units temporarily restore the connection?

Could you please check the signal source and signal source strengthen on the two satellite Deco units?

If possible, can I have a floor map about the location and distance between the Deco units?
