I have a virgin superhub 3 in modem mode and Deco M5. 

To cut a long story short, I've had to re-setup and now, when I do,  the first router skips to green without giving me a prompt in the app.

This prevents me from adding the second amd third routers.

Any ideas what's going wrong/what I'm doing.
