I have 6 x M9Plus v1.x for a long time and everything worked well.

 

A couple weeks ago I updated to firmware 1.5.0 and since then, in latest deco app (iOS 14.4) and web admin page, all connected devices appear to be offline, but they actually work -- my iPhone, iPad, Apple TV and all smart home devices are working. This is just an inconvenience that I can no longer manage them in the app or web admin.

Today I updated to 1.5.1 and the problem is still there.

 

I did give "local network access" permission.

 

I searched this forum but didn't find any similar report. Is it just me?

Hi, thank you very much for your feedback.

I would like to forward your case to the senior engineers.

Could you please go to  Deco APP> click the top left settings button>help>contact us>suggestions>tick add system log and send to us;

At the same time, please refer to the following suggestion to have a look:

  1. Remove the offline devices;
  2. Delete the previous wireless profile and search the network and reconnect;
  3. Refresh on the Deco APP and check for the online device again;

@TP-Link Thank you. I just submitted issue with your instructions, including logs. Hope to hear back soon.

 

I tried many things:

 

1. Restart all router units

2. Try deco.app on a different iphone/iPad

3. Remove some offline devices on Deco app, and let the devices forget WiFI and re-join -- the devices are working correctly after reconnecting to WiFi, but it doesn't show up in Deco app at all, not even in "offline devices" section.
