Deco P9 Powerline seems intermittent.

Hello,
Apologies if this topic has been raised before, I did a little search and could not see anything so here goes...My powerline backhaul seems to be intermittent, I was wondering if others had experienced it. My P9's have the latest updates applied. I have plugged the P9's directly into a wall socket, not through any multi-plugs or surge protectors. Signal source for the subordinate P9's are the Main Deco. The PLC indicator is visible on the subordinate P9's is shown sometimes, but then randomly it appears to drop out (or at least the PLC indicator disappears in the app). I am not sure what would cause this. I have used other power line adapters with my electrical system before today and they were stable, so not convinced that it is the power system in my house that's the problem. I have tried different plug sockets as a trial to see if it stabilise the situation but no luck so far.
Any ideas would be appreciated?
Regards,
Mark

Hi, I would like to follow up on your case by email.
At the same time, could you please try to update the following firmware to see whether it helped or not:
Deco P9 V1/V2
Download Link: https://static.tp-link.com/beta/2021/202101/20210118/Deco_P9_1.1.3_20210115_debug.zip
Thank you very much.

Hi,
Could both satellite Deco units lose the powerline backhaul?
When the powerline backhaul lost, would it restore later?
Could you please provide me a picture of the network topology of the Deco system?
If possible, please help me save the system log on the web UI(http://tplinkdeco.net)
Thank you very much and wait for your reply.

Hello,
The connections seem quite random, sometime one of the subordinate Deco's connects via powerline, sometimes the other, sometimes both. They appear to connect for a short time and then the PLC link drops out. Note, this is only mt observation from looking at the app, I am not sure what the Deco's are really doing, but I do experience dropouts and buffering especially when streaming. I have a 600mbit/s fibre connection to the internet (connected from my ISP router to the Main Deco via 1Gig ports), so internet speed should not be the problem.
I have attached the log and the picture of topology. Thanks for your help so far.
I have also taken some screen shots from the app, two with the PLC indicator showing, then seconds later, with the PLC indicator not showing.
Regards,
Mark

@TP-Link Hello, I have updated the firmware, I will keep checking, although initial indications are that there is similar behaviour. I will run some tests on the weekend, maybe reduce to two P9's for a time to see if the PLC becomes table between two. I am happy to be contacted via email on the topic, so contact me as and when you wish.
Thanks for your help so far. Have a nice weekend.

Mark

@Mark_With Did your issue get solved?

@SyedC yes. Tp-link customer service/technical support were very good. I sent a few logs and it was fixed via a firmware update. I have found that if there are problems with the powerline aspect then a global reboot seems to sort it out.
