Hello tp-link community!

I have a kit of the TL-PA7020P V.1 and after flashing it with the wrong firmware the powerline is DEAD!

No led is lightning and the tpPLC software cant find the plc!

I have read many treats and try many utilities but not of them cant find the divise!

Any advise is appreciated!

There is a recovery tool available from tp-link.

@DimitriosM Hello,

Thanks for your photo, sorry to say that, but it looks like PA7010 is totally dead after firmware failure.

As far as I know if wrong firmware is loaded, this may affect the product warranty but you could try to contact retailer or local support to check its warranty first.
