Model: TL-WA855RE
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

Hi,

My TL-WA855RE runs for 2-3 minutes and the network fails as the indicator remains solid green.

I have to configure everything from scratch and the effect is the same.

Other devices are connected to the main router that does not have problems with the network, so it works for sure (2.4GHz).

I have connected this extender to another router and I have had similar problems again.

The extender has upgraded firmware.

@Ngel Hello,

Thank you for your clear post.  As the Leds on range extender are still On, you could try turn ON the DHCP Server on TL-WA855RE V1, and set up an IP range which smaller than your router's IP range as photo attached and here is also an FAQ to help explain:

What's the solution if my TP-Link range extender can't connect to my router properly?
