Hello,

 

I've got this P9 with three modules for my house. The third module sits in my office where I work on a Macbook Pro. Every now and then, usually when I'm on an important meeting, the P9 sitting next to me disconnects for up to 10-20 seconds and the red led flashes. During this time, my connection goes down and then reconnects again after 10-20 seconds. I sometimes get these interruptions once a day or more, and they seem random. 

 

I have deleted the P9 module, added it back again. I have reset the entire P9 network, I have rebooted. Not sure what more I can do.

 

Any ideas how to solve this stability issue?

@r3m0t3  Hi , i have 9 units of P9 and experiencing the exact same issue since the 1.1.2 update , i managed to solve this issue by making it an Access point and using another router ( Linksys ) as a main one .

Hi again,

 

I still get the same issue even after the firmware upgrade to 1.1.3 Build 20210115 Rel. 60510.

 

It happened during some important video calls. The interruption is 5-10 seconds. The led on top of the p9 module goes red and connectivity comes back again in a few seconds, but enough to annoingly interrupt my video calls. I am at my wits' end... I feel like I just need to throw this out and replace it with a professional wifi router.

 

Can you please advise what I need to do to fix the issue?
