@Nelson2021 Hello, 

If the power Led keeps flashing, you could try a different power socket it for it, and also try a factory reset and reinstall:

Reset: with RE powered on, use a pin to push the reset hole for 10 secs 

 

If still the same problem,can you help describe how the Led flash or share a video of that?Is there any power outage or firmware failure on the Re recently?
