Agree with terziyski, you need to check if you need to open more ports.

Another thought, make sure the WAN IP address of the AX1500 is a public one, otherwise you need to open ports for the AX1500 on the ISP modem. Check the below suggestions:

[Solution] Open Ports for Minecraft Server

@Daniel.V2

Check this link - https://portforward.com/minecraft/

to see which additional ports to open for Minecraft Server.

Most probable reason for this issue is that more ports need to be opened.

If this was helpful click once on the arrow pointing upward. If this solves your issue, click once the star to mark it as a "Recommended Solution".

Hello, i think my WAN IP address of the AX1500 is not a public one because it starts with 79. and i can't connect to the ip of the ISP modem for some reason, before i had this tp-link router i had no problems connecting to the IPS modem. And i can't open any ports for the AX1500 because im unable to connect to the ISP modem any help?

@Daniel.V2

You have to do port Forward on modem of ISP too, only AX1500 game can't play online
