Hello, i got a problem when im trying to port forward a minecraft server, and it dosen't work. I checked if the port is open but it is not. I don't know how to fix, please help!

Agree with terziyski, you need to check if you need to open more ports.

 

Another thought, make sure the WAN IP address of the AX1500 is a public one, otherwise you need to open ports for the AX1500 on the ISP modem. Check the below suggestions:

to see which additional ports to open for Minecraft Server.

Most probable reason for this issue is that more ports need to be opened.

Hello, i think my WAN IP address of the AX1500 is not a public one because it starts with 79. and i can't connect to the ip of the ISP modem for some reason, before i had this tp-link router i had no problems connecting to the IPS modem. And i can't open any ports for the AX1500 because im unable to connect to the ISP modem any help?

You have to do port Forward on modem of ISP too, only AX1500 game can't play online
