Model: AC50
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 3.16.0 0.9.1 v6021.0 Build 201023 Rel.20180n

Could someone help me with this modem model? On the box it says to be "BSN1200", it is also the AC50 box, but with that name that does not show in the original box on the site: nxb3PWO.jpg (1280×960) (imgur.com)

The modem/router comes with firmware by default blocked for the user, not allowing me to modify the settings on 192.168.0.1, I just access without being able to modify it (password: admin), because when I try they give "error 4507" UBDGhAu.jpg (592×503) (imgur.com). Is there any way to break this "security"? If not, could you tell me the command to edit the channel via telnet? Because in some sense I can't access it via IP in the browser, but I can access the settings via telnet and change my Wi-Fi settings (login and password).

I called the support 3 times and asked them to change the channel, as I'm on channel 36 of 5.0GHZ and channel 9 of 2.4GHZ and, by Wi-Fi Analyzer, they are the 2 worst channels to be (since they installed it, including , I'm having constant signal drops) and they don't know how to do it right, because they are poorly informed here, in Brazil.

I have this list of commands that work, but I can't identify if any of them are to change the wi-fi channel: Tp-link TD-W8968 Telnet Commands - Home Network Community

Firmware: 3.16.0 0.9.1 v6021.0 Build 201023 Rel.20180n

Hardware: BSN1200 v1 00000004

@dn_

Hi, Since I could not find your current model number, was it given by the ISP?

It is quite like an ISP customized model and the web UI is not like the common one;

It is suggested that you could have a check with the internet service provider?

By the way, I could not open the picture sent via Imgur and maybe you could send it again via attachment on the forum?

Thank you very much.

@TP-Link Yes, it was provided by the ISP. I've already asked them to give me access, but they say they don't allow it unless I buy a private one, but here this is really very very unusual to happen (the ISP doesn't provide access or deny me access).
