TPLink C80 Router with Old VR200 as Modem?

Hey Guys,
So we currently have an old TP Link Archer VR200 which we would like to replace with something newer. I've gone ahead and purchased a TP Link C80 to replace this with however I've just noticied that the old router is a MODEM / ROUTER and this new router is just a ROUTER.
So my question is can I easily set the old VR200 into bridge mode and use it as a modem only with my new C80 or would it be easier to return the C80 and get another newer ROUTER & MODEM combined?
I have looked around and this seems possible however couldn't find any information specific to the VR200 we currently have.

You could turn VR200 into bridge mode and the Ethernet cable from VR200 goes to WAN port of C80.
Login to VR200 web page and run Quick Setup, select your ISP line (ADSL or VDSL) and select connection type as “ Bridge”
Set up C80 from Quick Setup, and select your connection type (Dynamic IP or PPPoE） which is provided by ISP side.
If you are suing ADSL -PPPoA connection, you will need to buy a new modem router .
Thanks for the prompt reply! I've attached my current VR200 settings which I believe would be compatible with the method you said? If so I'll go ahead and try your method out!
Also to confirm when I set the VR200 up as a bridge I would also need to enable VLAN ID and set it to 101 as is my current setting?
