Solution Cannot read SMS messages on TP-Link 4G Routers

Issue Description/Phenomenon:
Some customers may report that they can see the received SMS message numbers on the LTE router web interface Basic > Network Map page as well as on the Advanced > SMS > Inbox page, however, they cannot read them. See the screenshot attached below.
Note: Sending SMS messages from the router web page does work properly.

Available Solution:
If this is what you are experiencing on the 4G LTE router, please install the following beta firmware, then monitor if the issue is gone:
Archer MR400 V4 20210622
M7000 V1 20211230
Archer MR200_V4_20210201(official firmware)
TL-MR6400_V5_201207(official firmware)

If the issue still exists after installing the above beta firmware, please contact the tech support engineers via email (support.forum@tp-link.com), or leave a comment on the topic with the following information:
1. Who is the SIM card carrier?
2. Does the SMS work fine if you insert the SIM card into a phone?
3. Test with another SIM card from another carrier if that is possible to confirm if the issue persists.
4. Attach the router log when emailing the TP-Link support (find and save the log file in Advanced > System Tool > System Log).
