I lose internet connection almost same time every day. Once in the morning, and twice at night. Firmware says up to date. Modem says it is connected to internet. 
 

Have archer axe95 router

Arris surfboard s33v2 modem

tp link 32 port switch

wan connected with cat6E

around 30 items connected at any one time

11 hard wired and rest split between 2.4 and 5

Resetting doesn't help. Everything just reconnects after 1 to 10 minutes

Please let us know the following details about the issue:

1. Will the router internet led turns red/orange when you lose internet from the router? and will all the wired and wireless client devices lose internet at the same time?

2. When the issue happens, please login the router web interface and let us know if there is still WAN IP address or not. If so, you could try to set Internet DNS manually to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 on Advanced > Network > Internet > Advanced Settings page

3. When the router loses internet access, please connect a computer to your modem directly to see if the modem is still working or not.

4. Who is your ISP? when did you purchase the router and was it working fine before?

Hi! I have done all the steps above and I keep getting disconnected for a few secs every few minutes. The firmware update worked about one hour and then it started getting disconnected again.

Archer C7 v5.0

Firmware 1.2.1 Build 20220715 rel.19099(4555)

I have optic internet with a Raisecom modem (provided by the Internet Provider)

@Lucy04 Have you tried to connect your main computer to the Raisecom modem directly bypassing the Archer C7? Do you still get a stable connection?

 

If yes, please try resetting the C7 to factory defaults and reconfigure it from scratch to check if it will connect to the internet properly.
