Hardware Version: V3

Firmware Version: 1.1.3

My laptop can connect to the extended wifi but it is said no internet while my phone can both connect and use the same wifi. I just bought this 3 days ago and i need to for my university study. All the method doesn't work.

Some help would be appreciated.

Please turn off the mobile data on your phone and check if phone could get Internet from extended WiFi? How about the Leds status on your RE?

If only laptop could not get Internet, laptop could obtain Internet when connected to router's Wi-Fi or your phone hotspot Wi-Fi and you may contact laptop support to update driver for computer wifi adapter.
