Could you please provide information when will be available new firmware for EXACTLY this device TL-WPA7517 with option to disable hidden DHCP server?
Or how can I do that on the latest available firmware (TL-WPA7517(EU)_V1_210706) ?

Currently there isn't a way to disable WPA7517 DHCP server, please kindly check this thread we just posted recently, which will explain why there is a built-in DHCP server in the powerline extender:
