@TP-Link I've noticed that everytime I try to check the "Monthy Report", the app crashes. And It has been happening since the previous beta version. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra and it runs Android 12 (but it also happened when it had Android 11). Check the report. Maybe it can be of some enlightening.

Hi, I think it might be related to the private address used by Apple devices.
It hides the real MAC address of the Home Pods which made its manufacture unrecognizable.

If you have already found out what is this device, you could refer to this link to change the name back:

Hi, the suggestions sound pretty good and I like the first one-search inside the APP and the last-scheduler to remove offline devices.
Would you mind starting a new thread to see if other users have the same request?
Thank you very much.

@TP-Link Installed the new firmware, no problems, a very good improvement. I was able to easily configure my mesh network and improve the overall speed for some of my more remote locations. (I have 6 M5 units.) The only odd thing I've noticed is that some of my clients such as my Apple home pods no longer show with their assigned names. Instead, I see the devices listed as "rp. But clients like my MacBook or WDMyClould still report names correctly.

since this is new upcoming firmware. Perhaps I can share some ideas for further improving the experience.
I believe we are missing a way to search inside the app. For ip or MAC address to lookup what is there.
it would also be great to have the DHCP ip assigned list showing to see what is using what and the current lease time!
Being able to set more options for a group like IoT to be on the network but no internet access.
Lastly I also think that we should have the option to have a scheduler to remove devices under the offline section of the app automatically if the device haven't been present on the network for some time.
I would also like to warn people at the same time that have lots of Apple devices like me. The private address function under the WiFi settings causes the Deco to see the phone / iPad as new devices all the time as the MAC address changes this creating a lot of the same devices and release new ip at the same time. Look under your offline section of the deco app. It's a great feature in the latest iOS but I do recommend to turn it off for the home network! It can cause a lot of problems.

@TP-Link Will it be released for M4 and if yes, when? Really struggling with my Deco in the Groundfloor because it keeps connecting to the mainstation in the 2nd instead of the station in the 1st. Little dataflow is enough for the station to completely loose connection. Not even then it connects to the station in the 1st.

@TP-Link
Is it possible that perhaps tp-link would like to share their firmware roadmap for their deco series of upcoming features and improvements.
