@TP-Link Thanks for your reply . can you tell me what is the max numbers that i can connect to be fair . is it 20 or 30 or 40 ? and what if i have 2 Deco network connected to the same Ethernet ? does that will make any problem regarding using STP ? for example if 60 is more , then i can make 3 separate Deco nets and connect 20 for each but i want to ask if that would make any issue regarding STP as they will connect to the same Ethernet and same VLAN .

Hi, Are all the 60*Deco M5s connected via Ethernet cable to each other?
Normally if all Deco units are connected by Ethernet cables, there would be no limitation and in order to keep a stable performance, 60 is a little bit more.

Hi,
It appears I did not fully read your mail. Apologies
The router is a Plusnet standard issue router, the Plusnet Hub one
My smartphone is an iphone SE 2020 software version 14.7.1.
The wifi on the router is currently switched on but not connected to any device, all devices are connected via the Deco access points, even devices in the same room as the router. If I turn the router wifi off, I will be degrading the wifi coverage.

Hi, could you please provide more details about the mentioned issue, such as some screen-shots about the monthly report and video clips about APP freezing?
As for the DynDNS, did you use DynDNS together with port forwarding to access the LAN serve?
If yes, without DynDNS, are you able to use the WAN: port number to access the server?
Thank you very much.
