Model: Archer C6
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: Archer C6(EU)_V3.2_210322

I was trying to update the firmware of my TP-Link Archer C6 v3.2(US) router to the latest update available (Archer C6(EU)_V3.20_210513) but I seemed to have bricked my router. I was previously running the Archer C6(EU)_V3.2_210322 firmware.  All the LEDs light up and there is no WiFi signal nor internet through the Ethernet ports.

When connected through Ethernet the router admin page says that there is a system error and asks to upload a firmware. I tried uploading all the available firm wares but to no avail. It uploads successfully to 100% but again reloads the system error page again. (Recovery link : https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/1482/)

I tried the TFTP method as well but I do not see any TFTP connections happening. Maybe I am doing something wrong.

Can my router be saved ? I there a way to unbrick it ?

@cheeseburst

Have you also tried whether going back to a US firmware via that recovery webpage might work?

I did but it doesn't work. It goes to 100% and a red text saying upgrade successful flashes for a second and the page recovery page reloads again.

@cheeseburst

Sorry to hear that.

That's why we always remind our customers to upgrade the TP-Link device firmware as per the hardware version as well as the region version, as there are cases upgrading the device across the region may brick it:

@Kevin_Z I recently acquired a TP-LINK Archer C6 AC1200 router, today the technician came to do the configuration. He did everything right, it was working, the only thing was not reaching 200 megs due to the device that receives the fiber being old, so he went there to get a new one, while I went to add the routed in the Android app, Tether, I did everything right, in the in the end he asked to update the firmware, it was just that in the end there was a power outage and after he turned on his lights are on and he does not appear on the wifi or on the cable, the reset does not work..

 Do you have any tips?

@EderBarros

Hello, we will suggest you try the firmware recovery to see if you can bring it back. The guide is as follows:
