Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.3.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 210208 Rel.61056n

I cannot receive SMS messages, what can I do to fix this? Sending is no problem, here is the log:

 

ID Time Type Level Log Content
1 2021-09-19 11:07:02 4G Information USER: Send a sms successfully.
2 2021-09-19 11:07:01 4G Information USER: Send a gw sms.
3 2021-09-19 10:59:53 4G Information ERROR: failed to handle new sms.

Strange, just tested & can confirm that I also encountered the same issue.

Firmware is 1.3.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 210208 Rel.61056n

Here's my SIM info for the TP-Link moderators:

@TP-Link Yes I have. The firmware upgrade is not working:

 

Error code: 4503
The uploaded file was not accepted.

 

Could this be because I have hardware version v2?

Thanks for the response, unfortunately, the solution in the link you've provided isn't applicable to the Archer MR600 v2 that I'm using.
