LTE Gateway and 3G/4G Routers
Some customers may report that they can see the received SMS message numbers on the LTE router web interface Basic > Network Map page as well as on the Advanced > SMS > Inbox page, however, they cannot read them. See the screenshot attached below.
Note: Sending SMS messages from the router web page does work properly.

If the issue still exists after installing the above beta firmware, please contact the tech support engineers via email (email@example.com), or leave a comment on the topic with the following information:
1. Who is the SIM card carrier?
2. Does the SMS work fine if you insert the SIM card into a phone?
3. Test with another SIM card from another carrier if that is possible to confirm if the issue persists.
4. Attach the router log when emailing the TP-Link support (find and save the log file in Advanced > System Tool > System Log).
