How do I connect my extender to a network that requires a domain, identity and password? TP-Link portal only lets me enter a password

Hey @tech-bro-13324 , you could try a factory reset on the range extender and it will require or allow you to create a local log in account

RESET: With the extender powered on, use a pin to press the RESET button until most Leds flash once.

It is possible you have bound range extender to TP-link ID before, so it will ask for the password of your cloud account. (password of TP-Link ID)
