Hello guys.

Some days ago I bought the tp link device for boosting my internet connection. I tried to connect is but the network requires both username and password . The thing is that i know them but is impossible to find a way to type them either at the tp link app on the web page. I don't know many things about networks and their types. Can I do something about it? Thank you.

@SaxyStef

Good day.

Sorry for the delay.

Have you tried to use admin/admin for both the username and password?

And can I have a picture of the page which requires username and password?

If admin/admin is not working, pleaser reset the range extender by holding the reset pinhole for 10s till all the lights come on then off;

Thank you very much.
