port blocked with backup key

when I use the key 5150 my router ports are blocked sporatically, what can it be? can it be an attack? can the router be locked remotely?

It is the Dell USB Hard Drive?
And what ports on the Archer VR2800 were blocked sporadically?
How did you find it?

@TP-Link k5150 internet vodafone key is a key for backup connection.
I will explain myself better, when I connect with the phone to the wifi of the router I do not login some accounts but if I connect with the cell phone line I can enter so I assume the ports are blocked. after yesterday's event, today everything works again
