@aykutfdn This device is full of software bugs.
Make sure no one from tp-link will help you at all and what they will say is: "That is normal behavior".
Don't buy anything of Tp-Link products again as you will get a device full of bugs and no one will help you. They only want money

What exactly is the problem that you have ? A more detailed description of the issue would be helpful.

Any error message you're receiving ? Who's your ISP ? Did they give you any instructions regarding their IPv6 service configuration ?

I don't get any errors. My service provider is Turknet. The only information they gave me was that I had to activate the IPV6 feature of the modem, then you could use the IPV6 service, and they said I didn't need to take any extra action.

If that's the only thing that has to be done, then assuming you use the Turknet VDSL service :

Try with SLAAC or DHCP (or best ask your ISP what you should choose here):

If you use an ADSL service, then instead VDSL choose ADSL on the last two steps (screenshots) I posted.

Have you tried rolling back the firmware to the previous release to check that its not an error with the beta version you are running !!!! I have the VR400 But i cant test the IPV6 Setting currently as its not offered my my suppliers. I will Agree that getting a good answer from TP LINK is very hard and they rarely follow up on any questions that this is a much needed overhaul for them. That saying...the products do look nice but if theres no real support then how do they expect to sell there tech.

@aykutfdn

Hi, could you please help me get the following details so that I could consult the senior engineers later?

1.  A screenshot of the advanced>status page.

2.  The configuration of IPV6 under advanced>network>internet>internet connections, just as the pictures posted by terziyski.

3.  The system log of the modem.

Thank you very much.
