I have a problem when i try to configure my Wi-Fi 2.4GHZ And 5GHZ i get an error code 9805 (Corresponding case not found)
what can i do?

Hi, the previous post is a little long.

When you had this error, if after the hardware reset, the error is still here, it is more likely the wireless module of the modem is broken.

May I know how long have you had the modem?

Why do you want to change the wireless settings? Is it because the wireless signal is not detected?
