Problem in bind with touter

Hi ,
I have problem in my router archer vr300
I can't control it when i was outside home, when i connect via mobil network i can't control my router outside home and i can't found it in android application although i bind my router with my email .
i mean i can control router when i connect it via wifi only
this problem happen suddenly
I reset my router but no use

Really i don't know the reason But I perform hard reset to my phone and router then all things become fine

Actually my problem happen to me again

I see the model router is still fine from the cloud server.
Or did you reset the modem again?
If not, It seemed like Archer VR300 is a little bit unstable from the cloud.
Later if the same issue started again, it is suggested you could log into the local web UI and help us save the system log on the modem before reboot or reset.

Actually i bind to my router if i connect with home Wi-Fi only but when i was out of home "phone internet" i can't connect
