Model: Archer VR2100
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.5.0 0.9.1 v009e.0 Build 210722 Rel.37847n

in the VR2100's web interface network page, I have 4 devices shown on the wireless clients icon, but after clicking on this the number changes to 3 and shows 3 in the list.  I have a raspberry Pi 3 connected to the wireless network which is not showing. The Pi has an IP address and is connected to the internet, and I can connect to it via ssh but the router doesn't see the device. I've added the mac address to the list of reserved addresses and it seems to be assigned the reserved IP.

does anybody else have this issue?

Thanks for any help

@ramblingsteve

Hi, did you mean the wireless clients here:

Will a fresh of the web interface help a little bit?

On the Raspberry Pi 3, you used a static IP address, right?

Thank you very much.

Yes, in the example below the main menu screen shows 5 devices on the wireless network:

If I click on the Wireless Clients Icon to see the list, the number changes to 4 and the Pi is always missing from the life of wifi devices:

(you can see the number in the yellow circle drop from 5 to 4 after clicking on it)

Thanks for your help.

@ramblingsteve

Hi, was it the Raspberry Pi 3 that already disappeared from the web UI?

And did it use static IP address, instead of dynamic IP?

Have you tried to bind the IP and MAC address of the Raspberry Pi 3 under advanced>security>IP&MAC Binding?

Did you have any issue if Raspberry Pi 3 kept disappearing?

Thank you very much.

Hi, yes it does have bound IP and MAC address.  It never appears in the list of connected devices in the router's web interface, although the Pi can connect to the router without issue.
