Can't get any help from either the phone number or live chat?
Hi there,
I have been trying to get support but the phone number eventually just cuts out after waiting a while and I have tried 3 x on live chat, have now started a 4th conversation and am first in line but have been waiting nearly 30 minutes. Any suggestions for how to get help? My Archer VR500v has stopped working after a few years of no faults at all. Kind regards Cheryl
