No firmware available for Archer T4U V3.20

I am currently using the V3 firmware which was released in 2018. Why is there no updated firmware for Windows 11 devices for my V3.20 product? Hope to get a valid explaination from TPLINK.

Thank you for your feedback, our team tested on some Wi-Fi adapters and find Win10 driver also works for Win11.
After you update to Win11, please if Wi-Fi still works on the computer, feel free to let us know if that works for you.

@Solla-topee hi, couple of things I want to point out:
1) The latest firmware available for the product is for version 3. Kindly note that the product sold in my country is version 3.20
2) The last software update released for the T4U was in 2018. It is now 2021, 3 full years later and there is no new firmware update?
3) This product is the second most expensive Wi-Fi adapter in your catalog. I expect better coverage in terms of software updates for such an expensive adapter.

If you wish to install some newer driver, you may have a look at chipset driver for Archer T4U here:
Realtek Chipset Driver Archer T4U(Plus)/T4UH (Win7/Win10)
The driver or firmware may not update until for some major fix. May I know could you use 2018 driver on the computer and work stably?

Hi,
I did install the 2018 driver and it was immediately replaced with a Microsoft driver from 2019. Even the advanced setting option has some weird text issues.
@TP-Link @Kevin_Z is there any particular reason why a newer driver is not released specifically for the Version V3.20. I see that there is only a 2018 update for version 3.0

V3 and V3.2 use the same driver. The driver could be still on test stage, and may not update until there are some major bugs that need to be fixed.

Hi, I have noticed an issue when using this adapter with a Deco M5 router. Whenever I download something heavy (10GB+), the Deco M5 node wifi signal randomly stops broadcasting, but the LED on the node is still green. Post a router restart, the wifi starts broadcasting again. It always happens when I try to download anything more than 8-10GB in size. Resetting the Deco network has not helped.

Thank you for your valuable feedback, as can you create a new thread on Deco sub forum with some case details here
- The network topology/ map.
- Does this happen when download on certain website, or no matter which website, is it a P2P downloading?
- How about downloading the same file through other laptop/ PC with a different adapter, will Deco stop broadcasting signal, you could share the file link/ size on the new thread and the moderator will help look into that further.
