Model: Archer A10
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.4.0 0.9.1 v009e.0 Build 201122 Rel.72659n

Which model does this come under? Its not an A10

Just bought this from Amazon and set it up jus a few days ago. I have a desktop and laptop connected over wifi using a TL-WN823N TP-Link Wireless USB Adapter.

Seems to be running ok but whenever I turn either of my PC's on the internet access icon (bottom right corner) shows an error and does not connect. This puts itself right after  about 2 to 3 minutes. Most annoying and puzzling. This also happened when using ethernet during set up

The router is on standby by the way and does not get turned off.

@Speccy

Hi, except for these two laptops, how about the connection on other devices?

Did all of your devices have the same issue?

I see there is a new firmware for Archer VR2100 and could you please update the firmware to be the latest to have a look:

Archer VR2100(EU)_V1_210722

Thank you very much.

@TP-Link Thanks for reply. I have not compared with other devices as its not really easy to do so. My android  phone for example takes a while to boot anyway. Likewise its not really easy to test with my wifi camera as this can take a while to boot and stabalize as well. Dont forget, the problem is only immediately after boot with PC's  trying to connect with router.

I discovered the new firmware already and recently applied. There is an improvement but the problem seems more intermittent now as it sometimes boots fine and then not.

I was advised to change the LAN DNS but that does not seem to make any difference.
