Router not reachabe by web console
Hi. A customer has a TD-W8960N. the router is not reachable from web console (HTTP or HTTPS). No one knows the configuration or navigation parameters. But I can acces via telnet. Is there any command that I can send via CLI to re-enable or reconfigure it?

Normally, the local access is enabled by default and there is no need for an additional command line to enable it.
I do have some advice that you could share with your customer to see if that helped:
1. connect the smartphone or laptop to the Wi-Fi of TD-W8960N.
2. check the IP address and default gateway on the device.
3. The default gateway would be the login IP of the modem.

Hi, I did not see there is an option to disable local web access.
Can you send me some screenshots about “https is empty, http is not reachable”?
Are you able to remote access the web UI on your side?
And could you please help me check the hardware and firmware version of the TD-W8960N?
