Hello,

I bought Archer VR300(EU) ver 1.2 today and then I set it up to use my ADSL connection. Everything was ok until I updated the modem to the latest firmware that I downloaded it from support tab of modem page.

Unfortunately after reset, DSL led does not turn solid. I tried to reset it to factory settings, but it still did not work. Can you help me to solve this problem? Thank you.

Hi, thank you very much for your time and patience.

Sorry for the delay.

I see from the cloud server that Archer VR300 is now online so I guess the issue had been fixed already.

Would you mind sharing with us how you fixed the problem? Did you downgrade the firmware back to the previous one?
