Good evening

i have a problem sometimes the power goes off or internet and the modem dont connect automatically to the internet and i have to restart the router manually...
Is there any way to solve this problem?

... try to put the latest firmware for your country if it exists, then do a nice reset with the generally rear button, and redo the configuration ... if the problem persists in this case contact technical support for the necessary help !

Please do send an email to support.forum@tp-link.com with the following information:

1. Who is your internet service provider? and what is the internet connection type, Dynamic IP or PPPoE?

2. log into the web UI of the modem before restarting the modem after a power outage, then save the following information:

How to log into the web-based interface of the AC VDSL/ADSL Modem Router (new logo)?

  • a picture of the Advanced>status page
  • the system log under Advanced>system tools>system log.
