I am going INSANE. when this product works, it works great. But when it doesn't !!!!!!

I have lost WiFi over 20 times today. I unplug and plug it back in. Internet comes back on-sometimes all devices can connect, sometimes only one. All decos have a white light. This is causing major problems with my business. Where I live there is no cell service so when my WiFi is down I have no phone or internet. I also can't do anything on the app because---no internet to do so. Why is this happening? Is this a faulty device? This has happened 3 other times. Customer service was zero help.

Hi, I noticed the local support has sent you some beta firmware that might fix your current issue.

Have you installed any of them and did it make any difference?
