Hardware Version: V8
Firmware Version:

Router restarting every 10 minutes?  TD8960N          

Hardware version is V8 but on emulator of site show v6 why?

May I know how long have you had the modem and when did this issue start?

Hardware version is V8 but on emulator of site show v6 why?

I am afraid these two places are not related, the emulator and the hardware verion on the real web UI. Or were you trying to say, there is no emulator for V6, not V8?
